Installation
After interaction with the client, our Odoo Technical Consultant Team normally go for the installation of Odoo ERP solution as per the module’s requirements of the client; So that an overview of the complete solution can be given to client team by our Odoo expert team;
Utilization
Our Odoo Expert team establish a baseline on the current available client team knowledge and focus on the main pain areas in different business operation; Our Odoo Solution Team perform a detailed analysis with the client data to come up with a plan for implementation, required customization that suits our client’s needs as per their business operation's requirement;
Assessment
As per the Analysis performed in the previous phase, our Odoo expert team make a list of all the required customization and discuss with client team; After the consultation and approval, we give this list with requirements to our Odoo Technical consultants and they start make the required additional functionalities so that Odoo ERP Solution can perform as per the operational requirements of the client.
Functional Support
Normally after the training session and in go live stage, client team needs to have support on day to day basis initially till they become proficient in their activities on Odoo ERP Solution. Hence our Odoo experts provide such support in an efficient manner so that client business operations won't affect and they our required results after the successful implementation. Our Odoo Consulting support covers both roles like Odoo Functional Consultant and Odoo Technical Consultant.
Training
After the assessment phase, our Odoo Expert team prepared the Business Requirements documents with the required flows and shared with customer for sign-off; It is important to have a clearly understanding between business ambassadors and the Odoo experts that how the system will function; After the signoff these BRDs are shared with Odoo Technical consultant team so that development activities can be aligned with business operations.
Customization

We have a Odoo experts team which include the Odoo Functional Consultants, Odoo Technical consultants who can provide assistance immediately so that client's business operations won't effect. We have a proper ticketing solution where client can track all of their support tickets and communicate;
